Getting a useful connector suggestion
Photograph one connector end in good light. Keep its shape and printed markings visible. Confirm the suggested connector or choose one from the offline guide. Check both cable ends separately. Visual similarity does not establish voltage, polarity, electrical safety, protocol or certified performance.
Local data and deletion
Open Profile > Delete all local data to remove saved cables, scan results and app-managed photos. Retry if the app reports a failure. Clean unused photos keeps saved and active scan photos. Original library photos, device backups and exported copies are managed separately. No cloud account is enabled, so no account-deletion login is required.
Export and permissions
Profile > Export cable inventory shares a JSON copy of your records through your system share sheet; photos are excluded. You can use the guide without camera permission and manage camera access in system settings.
